As St. Louis continues to grow, so does Scapers. We feel humbled to look back to where we started 10 years ago with just one truck, which was driven by owner Kyle Kraft. We now run a fleet of 11 Peterbuilt rigs with eight full-time drivers that serve over 10,000 customers in the greater St. Louis area. Scapers started on the southside of St. Louis County, but we now proudly serve the entire St. Louis city limits, as well as all of St. Louis County and the surrounding counties.
From Day 1, our focus has been on expansion so we can better serve the St. Louis community that we love. What started as a landscaping business is now a full-service roll-off dumpster rental company. In 2015, we expanded into the on-site storage market by adding storage container rentals to our services, knowing they often go hand-in-hand with dumpster rentals for construction jobsites and renovation projects. Most recently, in 2020, we incorporated our own green waste processing facility, where we recycle 100 percent of the yard waste we haul.
We’ve also focused our efforts on building a team that will allow us to expand into larger commercial construction projects and tackle major projects that our clients need help with. We don’t want to be limited by the size of a project a client might need dumpster rental services for. Earlier in 2022, we helped our friends over at ServPro move 400 dumpsters for just one project. We strive to be the first name you think of when you have a large project at hand and a massive amount of waste and debris to discard.
Scapers is a company that adapts to meet the needs of its customers, and this ever-growing community that we call home. When Kyle Kraft started the business, he did it knowing St. Louis needed a reliable dumpster rental company that could serve landscaping businesses (like the one he ran before starting Scapers). Over the past decade, Scapers has proven to be the very company Kyle envisioned that puts the needs of its customers above all else. We aim to be St. Louis’ first choice for roll-off dumpster and storage container rentals.
